Firenze
16 Agosto 2010 – Il 2° giorno di queste vacanze toscane, arriviamo anche nella città più famosa.
Ah che bella la Firenze, con tutte le sue stradine e le sue opere rinascimentali. E c’è il Duomo con la cupola che mi pare di aver capito che non si è ancora capito come fa a star su, e poi c’è il campanile di Giotto che me lo son salito tutto, e poi c’è la torre civica e gli Uffizi che quelli non siamo andati perchè non li abbiamo prenotati online e c’era una coda infinita.
Ah how beautiful Florence is! With all its little streets and Renaissance works. And there’s the Duomo with its dome, which I think I understand hasn’t yet understood how it stands up, and then there’s Giotto’s bell tower, which I climbed all the way up, and then there’s the civic tower and the Uffizi that we didn’t go because we didn’t book them online and there was an endless queue.
